AICI - Ed's employer - has everyone living in Panarama Plaza Apartments. Near our complex is a small water reservoir. A mother duck chose this spot to raise her little ones. A Latvian man and his son built a very small platform with a wire cage for the ducks. Cody and I walk by there daily to watch their development.
